Requesting a review

Any request for a review of the fixed penalty notice must be made in writing either by post or email to:

Please ensure that you quote the fixed penalty notice number situated on the top right corner of the fixed penalty.  If you do not have the fixed penalty notice, please quote the registration of your vehicle. 

All requests are handled in a timely manner and you should receive a full response within 10 working days from receipt of the review request.

Requesting a Court Hearing

If your review request is turned down you can request a Court Hearing in writing either by:

or in writing to:

Isle of Man, IM1 3RF

or by completing the Request for Court hearing on the form attached to the Notice to Owner letter. All the paperwork will be prepared and forwarded to the Isle of Man Courts who will then contact you directly with a Court date.
