Vehicle Registration and Licensing Duty changes from 1 April 2014

The Vehicle Duty Order 2013 and the Licensing and Registration of Vehicles (Fees) Regulations 2013 were approved by Tynwald in January 2014 and come into effect on 1 April 2014.

For cars and motorcycles paying vehicle duty based on engine capacity -
