Valet parking/baggage assistance
Operated by Rendezvous Airport Services, drop off point outside Viscount House at the western end of the terminal building. Full concierge service available.
Information desk
The airport information desk is sited in the main hall and can be contacted on +44 1624 821600. The desk also provides a tourist information service. For information regarding flight reservations and ticketing, please contact the airlines directly. You can also purchase Isle of Man Bus Go-Cards including Explorer Cards and/or top ups.
Lost property
A lost property register is maintained by Airport Security, tel: +44 1624 821612, or alternatively, please contact the information desk.
Banking and currency information
Full banking facilities are available in the nearby towns of Castletown and Ballasalla, and there is a cash dispenser (NatWest) in the main entrance lobby of the Terminal. Both Manx and English sterling can be used in the Airport and throughout the Island.
Post, telephones and internet access
There is a post box inside the terminal near the information desk.
Public telephones are located throughout the terminal, and all accept coins, phone cards and credit cards.
The airport has free WiFi access in the departure lounge and buffet areas.
Retail Shops
WHSmith shop is located landside on the first floor adjacent to Café Oasis, offering a full range of newspapers, magazines, books, local gifts, confectionary, tobacco, hot & cold drinks, snacks, national lottery & scratch cards. Many of the books are sold on a buy one get one half price basis together with the 'Richard and Judy' book club being available every week.
The shop Skylines is located in the Departure Lounge and sells a varied range of newpapers & magazines, together with high end cosmetics, perfumes and locally sourced Manx gifts. Perfume, makeup and toiletries such as Boss, Calvin Klein, Gucci, Giorgio Armani and Naked are on sale at up to 20% saving on high street prices and for that extra special gift we have a selection of Radley handbags, Manx Gin and Vodka and sparkling wines. The very popular range of TT clothing and gifts are available all year round.
Catering and Bars
Café Oasis can be located landside on the first floor serving breakfast, sharing platters, classic chef’s plates, handcrafted pizza, burgers, hot and cold sandwiches, alcohol, soft drinks and kid’s menu. All hot dishes are freshly prepared to order in our kitchen using many locally sourced products. With an excellent selection of bakery, pastries and homemade scones with quality fresh ground coffee, no matter what time of day it is you won’t be disappointed.

Okells Bar is located in the main departure lounge and is open for all departing passengers serving a full range of local and international beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
Costa Coffee is also located in the departure lounge, served by fully trained Costa 'Baristas' with the full range of Costa hot drinks and food products.
Parent and baby rooms
Parent and baby rooms are located on the ground floor of the main Terminal and in the departure lounge. A baby change unit is also available in the toilets on the first floor of the terminal adjacent to the Skylines shop and the Cafe Oasis.
Spectators
The best area to view the arrivals and departures is from the first floor viewing area. This area is freely available to all visitors. Good views of the aircraft can also be obtained from the arrivals hall and the car park areas.
Facsimile, photocopying and meeting room
These services can be made available during normal office hours, upon request to the information desk. The Airport’s meeting room can also be booked for meetings through the Airport Administration Office by telephone on +44 1624 821601 (normal Office hours) or by Email.
