The forms below are for those people already in the Isle of Man who wish to extend their stay.
If you wish to apply for Entry Clearance you can apply online on the UK Visas and Immigration website. Please follow the links for each Immigration route that can found on our home page.
To extend your stay in the Isle of Man you must complete and submit the relevant application for leave to remain to the Isle of Man Immigration Office this must include the full appropriate fee.
Your application must be made before your existing leave to stay in the Isle of Man expires otherwise you may be deemed an over stayer resulting in you having an adverse immigration history which could affect other applications you may make.
Before making your application, you should satisfy yourself that you meet the relevant requirements in your immigration category. These can be found in the Isle of Man Immigration Rules.
The Isle of Man Immigration Service cannot provide Immigration advice as this would compromise our positions as regulators when assessing any application you may make.
