Public counter hours

Monday to Friday: 10am to 2pm.

The counter may occasionally be closed for staff training or operational matters. Notifications will be put up giving sufficient notice.

Telephone hours

Monday to Friday: 9:30am to 12:30pm.

All calls are recorded to ensure compliance with the legal and regulatory requirements of the Immigration Act 1971 as Extended to the Isle of Man and the Health and Safety at Work Act and to improve service quality, training, and to maintain accurate records of communications in the event of a dispute.
