Due to the re-opening of the southbound carriageway from the Mines Road junction, with effect from Saturday 11 March Service 4C journeys no longer operate from Higher Foxdale via Tosaby Road and St Marks to Ballamodha but operate direct from Mines Road via the Shoulder Road junction.
With effect from Monday 13 March the morning Service 4C to Castle Rushen reverts to the normal route, i.e. 0803 Braaid, timber shelter - 0806 St Marks - Tosaby Road - 0817 Higher Foxdale, opposite school - 0822 Ballamodha - 0831 Ballasalla, Abbey Church entrance - Janets Corner - Castle Rushen High School.
From this date the 2nd bus which had commenced at Glen Vine ceases to operate.
The afternoon journey operates: 1550 Castle Rushen High School - 1555 Castletown Square - Ronaldsway Airport - Ballasalla - Ballamodha - 1621 Higher Foxdale. The bus used on this journey continues to have limited capacity.
The existing Service 4F, 4P & 8F journeys between Douglas, Foxdale, Peel and Niarbyl continue to operate to the temporary timetable.

Closure of Bucks Road in Douglas
Due to gas main replacement, with effect from 1900 on Sunday 5 March buses are unable to use Bucks Road between the Circular Road and Kensington Road junctions.
Buses departing Douglas divert from Prospect Hill via Circular Road, Westmoreland Road, Brighton Terrace and Rosemount to Prospect Terrace.
Buses arriving in Douglas divert from Prospect Terrace via Kensington Road, Westmoreland Road and Circular Road to Prospect Hill.
Diverted services observe the normal bus stops on the diversion route.
For buses to Ramsey or Willaston the alternatives to the Trinity Church stop are either Woodbourne Square opposite Derby Road or at the Henry Bloom Noble School layby.
During TT bus services are subject to diversion or cancellation, details of which will be published nearer to the event.
Also, additional buses are provided during this period as follows:
An enhanced service operates between Douglas and Ramsey via Peel from Wednesday 31 May to Saturday 10 June – details are available here.

Closure of Cooil Road from 27 March 2017
Due to roundabout construction works, on each day from Monday 27 March until Friday 12 May the Cooil Road between the Anagh Coar Four Roads and IOM Business Park roundabouts is closed to all traffic at the B&Q exit from the Spring Valley Industrial Estate between the hours of 0930 & 1600.
At other times during this period temporary traffic lights are in place.
Service 4/4C/4F diversion
Between 0930 & 1600 all journeys divert via New Castletown Road, Annacur Lane, Cushag Road, Stevenson Way and Vicarage Road between the Anagh Coar Four Roads roundabout and the IOM Business Park - & vice versa.
In the IOM Business Park these diverted buses only serve the stop at the Manx Telecom headquarters when travelling towards Foxdale and the stop at Canada Life when travelling towards Douglas.
At times when the road is open to through traffic journeys from Foxdale operate as normal but journeys from Douglas are unable to serve the Spring Valley Industrial Estate and operate direct via Cooil Road – serving the stop at Eden Park.
During these extensive works the Douglas bound stop near to B&Q is suspended. Alternative stops are near to the IOM Business Park roundabout (for Eden Park) and at Cooil Drive.
Service 21B journeys to the IOM Business Park are unaffected.
