Annexe III to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 has been amended with effect from 11 April 2019, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/567 (“the Amending Regulation”). The Amending Regulation reflects the decisions made on 4 April 2019 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee to remove nine entries from the UN Iraq list.
The following entries have been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and are no longer subject to an asset freeze.
