Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 has been amended with effect from 29 September 2018, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/1302. The Amending Regulation reflects the decisions made on 24 September 2018 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee to remove three entities from the UN Iraq list
The following entries have been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and are no longer subject to an asset freeze.
