Financial Sanctions: Republic of Guinea-Bissau

This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against the Republic of Guinea-Bissau.

Annex I to Council Regulation (EU) No 377/2012 has been amended with effect from 11 January 2018, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/31.

The amendment reflects the decision made on 20 December 2017 by the United Nations Security Council to delete one person from the list of persons subject to restrictive measures.

The following entry is no longer subject to an asset freeze and has been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List.
