This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed by the Council of the European Union against Iran (Nuclear Proliferation).
On 13 November 2020 Council Implementing Regulation (EU) 2020/1695 (“the Amending Regulation”) was published in the Official Journal of the European Union. The Amending Regulation amended Annex IX to Council Regulation (EU) 267/2012 with effect from 14 November 2020.
The following entity has been removed from Annex IX and is therefore no longer subject to a asset freeze.
