Assistance in collection

The Isle of Man will assist in the recovery of tax debts relating to relevant foreign taxes with which the Island has an appropriate International Arrangement. This means that where an arrangement is in place the Isle of Man will collect certain outstanding tax debts on behalf of another country and that country will, on behalf of the Isle of Man, collect certain Isle of Man tax debts.

The table below details countries with which the Isle of Man has an appropriate International Agreement and the effective date in relation to the recovery of foreign taxes.
