C14	Subcontrator's Deduction Card A two part form completed annually by the contractor for each subcontractor, one copy to be given to the subcontractor and one copy to be submitted with the contractor’s annual return.
C20	Subcontractor Commencing Form To be completed by the contractor and submitted to the Income Tax Division when engaging a subcontractor.
C21	Subcontractor Ceasing To be completed and submitted to the Division when the engagement of a subcontractor ceases.
