Annexe III to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 has been amended with effect from 15 April 2019, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2019/596 (“the Amending Regulation”). The Amending Regulation reflects the decisions made on 8 April 2019 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee to remove thirteen entries from the UN Iraq list.
The entries detailed in the Annex to this Notice have been removed from the Consolidated List and are no longer subject to an asset freeze
