Financial Sanctions: Iraq

This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against Iraq.

Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 has been amended with effect from 9 November 2018, following the publication of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 2018/1661 ('the Amending Regulation'). The Amending Regulation reflects the decision made on 2 November 2018 by the United Nations Security Council (UNSC) Committee to remove one entity from the UN Iraq list.

The following entity has been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and is no longer subject to an asset freeze.
