This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against Iraq.
On 16 December 2016 the United Nations Security Council Committee approved the removal of 7 entities from the UN Iraq list.
The entities removed from the list are no longer subject to an asset freeze. Full details can be found in the attached annex.
