Becoming an online Agent

If this is the first time logging in, ensure you can access the email address that is associated to your online services account as you will need this to verify your account.

Registering as an Agent

To become an online Agent with Customs and Immigration, you must complete the following form:

Removing a client

If you are an Online VAT Agent looking to remove a client you have been dealing on behalf for, for all Customs & Immigration matters relating to VAT, you can end your association with former clients on the Online Portal.

Taxpayers must ensure that contact details are accurately reflected on their profile.

Managing your account

You can also set up additional people within your organisation who can access and operate the online service at a level you decide. If you can see your client list as main agent, but your assistants cannot see any clients, please follow the below guides:

Promoting an assistant to remove the main user

It’s now possible to replace the main user on an account. To request this action, please provide the name of the assistant to promote and the reason for this.

Problems with Client List

If you have any other issues with seeing your client list, please contact us by email at customs@gov.im. Please include the following information in your email:

  • Agent TIN number (if known)
  • Confirm the main agent email address and phone number
  • Details of the issues you are experiencing (and screenshots if possible)
