De-registered
Buildings once entered on to the Protected Buildings Register are protected by the Department in accordance with the Act and the Registered Buildings Regulations.
Application to remove a building from the Register may only be made to the Department on a form that is available upon request.
Since the Register began the following buildings have been taken through the de-registration process.
Whilst some detail is attached to each address by way of a scanned image, the body of the paper file that supports the assessment and argument for each de registration has been formally transferred to the Public Records Office
