Applications for de-registration

Applications that have been lodged for de-registration of a building are below.

Written submissions in respect of applications for de-registration should be delivered to the Registered Buildings Officer, Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture, Planning and Building Control Directorate, Murray House, Mount Havelock, Douglas, Isle of Man, IM1 2SF, or emailed to buildingconservation@gov.im

Interested Person Status - Any person who wishes to apply to be treated as an interested person must indicate in his or her written submission the relationship between the person's land and the building that is the subject of the application.

In addition to the parties granted interested persons status under Regulation 9(4), Regulation 9(3) requires the Department to decide which persons (if any) who have made representations with respect to the application, should be treated as having sufficient interest in the subject matter of the application to take part in any subsequent proceedings relating to the application
