Proposed and de-registered
Buildings once registered are protected by the Regulations under which they have been added on to the Protected Buildings Register.
Application is sometimes made to the Department to appeal against inclusion or later remove a building from the Register.
Since registration began the following buildings have been de-registered.
The body of the paper file that supports the assessment and argument for de registration of these buildings has been formally transferred to the Public Records Office.
