The legislation set out below has been approved and comes into force on 1 January 2020. Applications submitted prior to this date and not finally determined (including any appeal) will be processed under the previous legislation.

Fees Order

The new order introduces a fee for three of the changes made by the other legislation, to commence from 1 January 2020 (Telecommunications Prior Approval, Minor Change and Appeal Hearings) and provides for an overall increase in fees to be introduced from 1 April 2020.
