Modifications to the Draft Area Plan for the East

Following on from the publication of the inspectors report into the Area Plan for the East the Cabinet Office has considered the recommendations made by the inspector and propose to adopt the plan with a number of modifications.

In accordance with paragraph 6(2)(a) of Schedule 1 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1999 the Cabinet Office are seeking representations and objection on these modifications. 

The consultation will open on 14/02/2020 and will be closing on the 14/04/2020.
