Planning Policy

The Planning Policy Team within the Cabinet Office is responsible for drafting policies and guidance including preparing and reviewing development plans such as the Isle of Man Strategic Plan and Area Plans.

Since 1 January 2016, the Planning Policy function has been the responsibility of Cabinet Office. The Planning Policy Team is located at:
