Following the introduction of the Planning Committee Constitution Order (above) appointments to the Planning Committee are now made by the Council of Ministers rather than the Department. The current Chair of the committee (Mrs. Christian) has been so appointed. Members appointed by the Department prior to the Order will continue for the remainder of their current term. Therefore, Delegation 18/07 was amended by Delegation 20/08 to reflect the then appointment by the Council of the previous Chair and by Delegations 20/18 and 21/07 to reflect the expiration of the DEFA appointment of Mr. Cottier, Mr. Young and Mrs. Comish (replacement appointments of Ms. Hughes, Mr. Warren and Mr. Young - for another term - have been made by the Council).
