All requests regarding data for academic purposes should be directed through this channel. Your academic institution may already have a Chest coordinator on hand to advise you.

Map downloads

We are pleased to offer a number of maps which may be downloaded free of charge. The primary resource thematic maps were created for the Island’s schools and may be of interest to primary schools outside the Isle of Man.

All maps are owned by the Isle of Man Government and fall under the Copyright Act 1991 (of Tynwald). They may be used freely for personal or academic purposes but there may be restrictions for web, business and commercial use.
