Speaking at Planning Committee

Most planning applications are determined by Senior Officers with delegated powers. Around 20% of planning applications are determined by the Planning Committee. If you have made a written comment on a planning application, and it is to be determined by the Planning Committee, you can register to speak at the meeting.  For information on this process please see the Planning Committee Meetings webpage.
