Duty Planner Service
We operate a ‘Duty Planner’ service between the hours of:
- 1pm – 5pm (Tuesday – Thursday)
- 1pm – 4:30pm (Friday)
During these hours, a Planning Officer will be available to speak to for up to 15 minutes (without an appointment). During these times the Duty Planner will also be available to speak to by phone on 01624 685950 and will also focus on responding to pre-application e-mails sent to:
The target for responding to e-mails/letters is 10 working days.
