COVID-19 2021 Update

With effect from 6th January 2021 the Reception for Planning and Building control at Murray House is closed.

Whilst the public are unable to use the counter services the Directorate will maintain skeleton staff in the back office who may be reached by our general enquiry phone number 685950, or by email to;

BC Site inspections are suspended Admin staff will divert relevant planning enquires to the duty planner via northplanningenquiries@gov.im southplanningenquiries@gov.im an Officer will endeavour to respond to such with 10 working days.

Should you wish to contact a Planning Officer who is working from home, any direct phone contact will be diverted to voice mail with the officer will strive to respond within 24 hours.

The Planning Committee meeting on the 18.01.21 is cancelled given the current situation. The next meeting is scheduled for 01.02.21
