Activities for Adults
It is a strategic aim of the Sports Development Unit (SDU) to provide health related activities for all people on the Isle of Man regardless of age.
Current research has evidenced that regular participation in physical activity can help maintain a healthy lifestyle guarding against conditions such as chronic heart disease, obesity and diabetes.
The Sports Development Unit currently run two activity programmes ideal for people looking to get back into an active lifestyle, recovering from illness or just looking for a friendly and sociable activity:

Theres an activity for you! There is now no excuse, on the Island, there are loads of activities to get you active and healthy !!
