Department of Infrastructure invites Expressions of Interest for the development of any facilities which will complement the operations at the Ports, Airport and any other premises owned by the Department.

Jurby Industrial Estate

There are several areas of the Estate available for development on a ground lease, as shown shaded blue on the Plan, which are capable of being subdivided in to several plots. Specific proposals for all or part of these areas should be submitted in writing to Lesley Gallagher at the address below or by email to Lesley.gallagher@gov.im 

Peel Food Park

Specific proposals for industrial development should be submitted in writing to Public Estates and Housing Division at the address below.

Hangar Development

There are several areas of Isle of Man (Ronaldsway) Airport available for hangar development on a ground lease. These areas are shown on the Plan with the hangar type for each area indicated by the key. Specific proposals should be submitted in writing to Lesley Gallagher at the address below or by email to Lesley.gallagher@gov.im

Expressions of interest are welcome for approximately 0.82 acres of land to let, on a short term basis, in Bride.

TT and Manx Grand Prix Mobile Catering Opportunities

The Department invites offers for the provision of mobile catering vehicles at one or more of the following sites for TT and Manx Grand Prix 2019:

  • The Quarterbridge Car Park - Offers in the region of £400.00 per week are invited
  • St Johns, the A3 near Ballacraine – Offers in the region of £300.00 per week are invited

All vehicles must be included on the mobile food premises register maintained by the Department of Environment, Food and Agriculture. The operator will be responsible for obtaining any necessary traders Licence.

Offers should be submitted to Ellen Hearns, Commercial Officer, Public Estates and Housing Division, Sea Terminal Building, Douglas, IM1 2RF in a sealed envelope marked 'Mobile Catering Opportunities' no later than 12 noon on Friday, 29 March 2019.
