Mobile Catering Opportunities
Offers are invited for the provision of mobile catering vehicles at one or more of the following sites for the TT fortnight and the MGP 2017:
- St John’s, the A3 near Ballacraine
Offers in the region of £350 per week during each fortnights racing are invited for each site.
All vehicles must be included on the mobile food premises register maintained by DEFA and the operator will be responsible for obtaining any necessary traders licence.

Sea Terminal Building
Expressions of Interest are invited to enhance the Sea Terminal facilities by converting office accommodation that may become available in 2017. Proposals should not conflict with the businesses within the Sea Terminal, but should look to create new opportunities to complement the existing catering and retail facilities.
Expressions of Interest should be submitted in writing in the first instance to Public Estates and Housing Division at the address above.
General industrial development enquiries should be addressed to the Department of Economic Development.
Specific proposals for industrial development at Jurby Industrial Estate and at the Peel Food Park should be submitted in writing to Public Estates and Housing Division at the address above.
