Rule 98 of the Land Registry Rules 2000 (as amended) requires that 'any application or document to create or alter a registered title or any disposition affecting a registered title shall be in a form prescribed by, and described in, the Schedule to these Rules or in such modified form as a Registrar may permit.' In some cases, the Rules prescribe the use of a specific form for a particular purpose.
The current version of the prescribed Land Registry forms can be downloaded from the links below. With the exception for Form 100 (Submission of an Application) which needs to accompany most other applications, the remainder are listed in numerical order.
