The Housing Team is aware that week 41, (date 11 January 2021) is missing from rent books issued in March 2020.
Please be assured that if you pay your rent at any Post Office, a receipt is always given and the Post Master is happy to stamp your rent book to confirm that a payment has been made for week 41.
If you would like a rent statement or a replacement rent book to be issued to you please contact the Housing Office on 685955, or via email at housing@gov.im.
Please accept the Department's apologies for this printing error, and please do not worry as this should not be a cause for concern or impact upon you in anyway. The Housing Team has addressed the issue to ensure this cannot happen again.
First Time Buyers
The Department of Infrastructure makes available financial assistance to first time buyers under the House Purchase Assistance Scheme 2012. Persons wishing to apply for assistance under the scheme are required to complete an application form. Read more.
