The Children's Therapy Service is a service for school aged children who present with a long term neurological health condition and require Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy and Speech and Language Therapy. Children presenting with a long term neurological health condition typically require the assistance of multi professionals due to their level of impairment and may be educated within the specialist units across the island schools. These children may benefit from provision of specialist equipment to support them in their independence.

Children with long term conditions may be seen by the Children's Therapy Team in various settings including:
These locations include:
- Clinic at the Community Health Centre
- Home
- School
- Clinic at the Hub (Braddan resource Centre) as part of multiprofessional review.
- Clinic at Nobles Hospital
- Respite care
- Hospice
The Community Health Centre itself can be located via the main entrance off Westmoreland Road by following the Children's Therapy logos.
How to access
The Long Term Conditions service can be accessed with a referral from a medical professional, allied health professional or an educational professional.
Suitable referrals are prioritised and depending on need they are allocated for assessment.

Children who have a long term health condition may present with various conditions or difficulties including:
