Mental health and your wellbeing

Our mental health is important. Many factors influence our wellbeing and evidence shows that the actions we take and the way we think have a big impact.

Some mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety, are common conditions. If you have such an illness, it is important to learn more about your mental health and to get the right treatment and support. In the first instance talking with your GP is a positive step.
