Medical Outpatient Review

This is led by the consultant and staff grade, providing follow up post stroke or TIA and involves:

• Neurological and clinical assessment
• Any investigations required (not always available same day)
• Life style advice and information
• Referral to appropriate services
• Treatment planning 

You will be referred by the stroke unit on discharge or by your healthcare provider.
