Health and Lifestyle Survey

The Public Health Directorate is conducting a Health & Lifestyle survey in which 7,000 Isle of Man are being asked to participate.

It covers questions on general health, wellbeing and lifestyle choices. This year there is a focus on attitudes to gambling.

The survey closes on midnight of 29 October 2017.

Please only complete this survey if you have received an invitation letter from Public Health.

Taking part is voluntary and respondents can choose to answer some or all of the questions that they feel comfortable with.

Paper versions of the survey can be collected from several locations around the Isle of Man upon presentation of your invitation letter:

  • Welcome Centre, Sea Terminal
  • The Henry Bloom Noble Library
  • Onchan Library
  • Ramsey Town Library
  • Port Erin Library
