Horizon Clinic at MISH
Horizon: an overview
The Horizon Clinics are dedicated 'safe spaces' for trans and non-binary individuals who do not feel comfortable accessing MISH ordinarily.
We offer a service that is confidential.
We understand the difficulties in discussing the most personal aspects of your life and give absolute reassurance about confidentiality.
Our health records are kept completely separate to other NHS health records, so other services such as your GP will not know you have attended, unless you agree to share this information.
We offer a service that is respectful.
We will never judge you on what you say or do. People are free to make choices about their life and we respect that. We are here to help and advise not to criticise.
In order to book an appointment in the clinic please ask our receptionist for an appointment in the Horizon Clinic and no further questions will be asked.
How to book an appointment
Telephone +44 1624 650710 and ask for an appointment in the Horizon Clinic.
