Nobles Hospital

The Blood Clinic is located in General Outpatients, Suite C, on the ground floor, West Wing, Noble's Hospital. It is signposted along the corridor from the main reception area.

Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital

Due to the walk in service provided by the Phlebotomy Clinic, patients are asked to go to the main reception in the Minor Injuries and Illness Unit (MIU) and take a number. Patients are asked to then sit in the MIU waiting area until a staff member calls their number. Patients are then escorted to the Phlebotomy Clinic.

Friday: 8am to 1pm

We are closed bank holidays.

Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital

Monday to Friday: 8am - 10am

Not open bank holidays

How to make an appointment

The telephone booking system is available 24 hours a day.

In person: If you prefer you can attend blood clinic to make an appointment during the opening hours.

Please remember: It is important that you bring all your blood request forms with you to your appointment. The Phlebotomists will be unable to take your blood without the forms.

Ramsey and District Cottage Hospital

The Phlebotomy Clinic operates a walk-in service, however patients must have a written request form from a medical practitioner. Doctors, consultants, nurses, midwifes and many other medical professionals can request for a patient to have blood tests.

Glucose Tolerance Tests (GTT) however, require an appointment. These can be made through the main reception in the Minor Injuries and Illness Unit (MIU).
