January Student Awards Update
Loan Agreements update
We’re pleased to say that we have now sent out all Loan Agreements for those students who applied for a loan for the first time from the Department as part of their support package and have received an Award letter/Email from the Department.
Delays in receiving your signed Loan Application will cause delays in your payments being made to your University.
Loan statements are expected to be issued in the coming weeks.
Verification of Contributor’s Income
Student’s Contributors should now, if they haven’t already, provide us with a copy of their 2017/18 Resident Assessment Notice as received from the IOM Tax Office. If you have your own business or you are self-employed you should also provide us with copies of your Accounts.
Students seeking further advice or information should visit our website in the first instance as many queries can be answered from the guidance and downloadable documents available.
Alternatively for more detailed queries, or in the event of any problems, please contact the Student Awards Team for assistance by email at firstname.lastname@example.org however please note that we are dealing with queries in order of receipt. This is a very busy time for the Student Awards Team so please do not submit repeat queries.
Students from the Isle of Man are not eligible for a loan from the UK Student Loans Company.
