Student Awards Message Bulletin – March 2023

Applications for funding for the 2023/24 Academic Year

Applications for funding for the 2023/24 Academic year are expected to open for 1st Year students in April 2023.

A time line for 1st Year students can be found in our Downloadable Documents section on the right hand side of the page.

Continuing students will be contacted via email with details of how to make their application for continued funding in and around June.

3rd Term Maintenance Payments

The 3rd Term Maintenance payment will be paid into student’s accounts from the 14 April 2023.

Students must ensure that their contributors have provided the Department with a copy of their 2021/22 Resident assessment notice (RAN) which is issued by the Isle of Man Tax office. This is the document that tells you if have a Tax liability or if you will receive a rebate. We cannot accept anything else but the resident assessment notice. You should be aware that we do not accept the Tax Computation/Return that you supply the Tax office with.

Failure to provide this document will result in delays to your 3rd Term maintenance payment being received.
