Lecture Theatre: seating capacity 136 maximum
The Lecture Theatre is air conditioned and has a wide projection screen, LCD projector, networked computer and visualiser (OHP). There are a variety of microphone options – 1 fixed at the lectern, 2 hand held and 3 lapel are available by arrangement from the General Office. The room has an induction loop system for the hard of hearing but the lectern microphone must be used in order to activate the system. No food or drink shall be served or eaten in the Lecture Theatre.

Seminar Room 1: seats 24 (12 in boardroom style)
This room is located on the ground floor and has many functions, from being a classroom, boardroom or a breakaway room for training purposes. This room is set up with Video conferencing facilities along with a large TV screen connected to a networked computer with DVD and a whiteboard. A flip chart is also available.

Seminar Room 2: seats 30 (Theatre style) This room is located on the ground floor and contains a large screen, ceiling mounted data projector and networked computer with DVD. A flip chart is also available. Please note: There is no whiteboard or writing desks in this room. Seminar room 2
Function Room
The kitchen area off the Function Room is suitable for distributing light refreshments and buffets. It is available for outside caterers for preparation and disposal. It is not suitable for on-site cooking or baking. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerators, an automatic refill water boiler, ice-making machine, crockery and cutlery. There is also a dishwasher.

Organisers please note: For events involving refreshments and/or catering, the Function room can only hold 50 people. No food or drink is to be allowed into the Lecture Theatre.
Seminar Rooms 3 to 5: seats maximum of 20 each
These rooms are situated on the first floor of the Centre and may be set out in various layouts for classrooms, practical, formal or informal sessions. Each room contains a TV screen or ceiling mounted projector and screen, networked computer with DVD, whiteboard and flip chart. No Food or drink shall be served or eaten in Seminar Rooms 3 to 7

Seminar Room 6: seats 20
This room is situated on the first floor of the Centre and due to its low seating is suitable for 'soft skills' teaching. It contains a large TV screen, networked computer with DVD, whiteboard and flip chart. No Food or drink shall be served or eaten in Seminar Rooms 3 to 7.

This room is situated on the first floor of the Centre. The room is set out in boardroom style and contains a large TV screen, networked computer with DVD, whiteboard and flip chart. No Food or drink shall be served or eaten in Seminar Rooms 3 to 7.

Please note: It is the responsibility of the organisers who have hired these facilities to leave them clear and tidy for the next user and to make sure the rooms are put back in the manner in which they are found. This is not the responsibility of the Centre staff and could affect your ability to be considered for future bookings. If you are making the bookings on behalf of another person or organisation, it is your responsibility to pass all booking conditions onto them as it may result in their ability to be considered for future bookings as well.
