Who we provide services for
- People aged 16 and over
- People experiencing mild to moderately severe common mental health problems, such as anxiety, depression and trauma
What services we provide
- Guided self-help with an Assistant Clinical Psychologist either face to face or over the phone
- Therapy Groups (e.g. pre-CBT group, behavioural activation)
- Individual therapies including: Occupational Therapy; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Humanistic Experiential Therapy; Integrative counselling; Transactional Analysis; Psychodynamic counselling
In most instances people will start by working through guided self–help or a group. These options provide a strong foundation for learning about psychological therapy, which can then be developed further if 1:1 sessions with a therapist are subsequently needed.
