These four homes offer the following services:

  • 24 hour Residential Care
  • Short Term Care (Respite)
  • Good Neighbour Scheme (This scheme enables the family or carer to attend appointments, knowing that the service user will be supported in a safe environment).

We aim to provide all service users with a life that is as fulfilled as possible, giving them the opportunity to make their own choices and decisions, respecting their privacy and dignity and enabling them to live as independently as possible within a care home setting.

To achieve this, the home will ensure that with input from the service user and their representatives, their needs are thoroughly assessed and individual support plans focusing on their likes, needs and abilities are developed.

  • Treat service users and their representatives in a manner that makes them feel valued and respected.
  • Ensure that with input from the service user and their representatives, their needs are thoroughly assessed and individual support plans focusing on their likes, needs and abilities are developed.
  • Support families & carers of our services users, if necessary, directing them to other services.

The day centres are open between the hours of 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday inclusive (excluding bank holidays).
