This news release is issued in respect of the restrictive measures directed against Iraq.

On 4 July 2019 Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2019/1141 (‘the amending Regulation’), was published in the Official Journal of the European Union.  The amending Regulation amends Annex III to Council Regulation (EC) 1210/2003 with effect from 5 July 2019. The entities listed in the Annex to this Notice have been removed from the UK’s Consolidated List and are no longer subject to an asset freeze.

Further details of the sanctions regime related to Iraq and links to the Consolidated List of individuals and entities subject to other financial sanctions regimes may be found on the Customs and Excise pages of the Isle of Man Government website.
