The Department of Infrastructure invites Expressions of Interest for the development of any facilities which will complement the operations at the Ports, Airport and any other premises owned by the department.

Poortown Road

Expressions of interest are invited for a Grazing Licence beginning on the 1 February 2018 on land at Rockmount, Poortown Road.

Field 312157 measures approximately 1.51 acres. The field has a water trough and the successful bidder will be responsible for any charges associated with the trough.

Offers in the region of £449.30 plus VAT are invited no later than Thursday 30 November 2017 at 12 noon.

Leece Lodge Fields, Braddan

Expressions of interest are invited for a Grazing Licence beginning on the 1 January 2018 on land at Leece Lodge Fields, Braddan.

The land comprises four fields, referenced 521613, 521615, 524762 and 524221 measuring approximately 18.8 acres, as shown on the attached plan.

Any Licence would be in the standard form and would in particular require the licensee to maintain the hedges, fences and gates on the fields together with the water troughs including any charges associated with the troughs.

Offers in the region of £1,500.00 plus VAT are invited for submission to the address below no later than 12 noon on Friday the 8 December 2017.
