Expressions of Interest
Effective public procurement is essential for delivering good public services and enabling good government. The government spends in excess of £200 million per year on the goods and services necessary to deliver public services and due to the substantial reduction in our future revenue the need to deliver the best value for money has never been more vital.

Online Procurement Portal
Procurement Services manage the Government’s online Portal, where all procurement opportunities are advertised and completed. All tender responses are submitted electronically through the Portal, so there is no need to provide hard copies.
Access the Portal below and click on ‘Register’ on the right hand side to register your organisation’s details. All yellow boxes on the registration screens must be completed as these are the mandatory minimum requirements needed to register. You will also need to use the ‘Structure drop down box to select your organisation’s structure, to complete the registration.
On the Business Classification tab it is important to link all categories of business that are relevant to your organisation. When tenders are issued they will be linked to specific business categories and all those who have registered under those categories will automatically receive a notification of a new tender.
Read 'Supplier Instruction Notes - Portal Registration Process 2023' under the 'Supplier Information & Privacy Policies' tab on the Portal to guide you through the registration process. This tab also holds other useful documents for suppliers, including the Appeals Procedure, FAQs and process of Expressing Interest in a project and submitting returns.
If you have any difficulties registering your organisation or have any queries about the Portal please email us at procurement@gov.im or call on +44 1624 686900.
