Certificates of Fact and Good Standing
We can supply a summary of statutory information for all companies registered with us.
The standard cost is £50 for each certificate, produced within 48 (business) hours or receipt.
We also offer a priority service, the cost for which is £100 per certificate. The certificate will be produced within 3 hours of receipt, provided:
- The order is received before 2.30pm
- Payment has been made at the time of ordering
- Payment must be made by card, cash or cheque (not bank transfer)
Certificate of fact
For all types of company other than those registered under the 2006 Act, we can supply a certificate of fact. This will always state the:
- company number
- company name
- incorporation date
- registered office
- current officers
The certificate will also state any:
- strike-off action pending
- previous names
- appointment of any liquidator / receiver
- notice of no authority to maintain registered office
On request, the certificate may also state the:
- shareholders
- last annual return date
- mortgages/charges filed against the company
Certificate of good standing
For 2006 Act Companies, we can supply a certificate of good standing. This will always state the:
- company number
- company name
- incorporation / re-registration / continuance date
- registered office
- last annual return date (where one has been filed)
- registered agent
The certificate will also state that:
- the company is on the Register of Companies and is in good standing with this office
- there are no documents on the company files relating to winding up or dissolution of the company, or the appointment of a receiver in respect of any of its assets.
- no proceedings to strike the name of the company off the Register of Companies have been instituted.
