Denied Boarding, Flight Delays and Cancellations
The Isle of Man Civil Aviation Administration has no legal remit to intervene on passenger complaints regarding flights that are delayed or cancelled. Passengers should follow the UK or EU process as applicable for their particular flight and if necessary contact the relevant National Enforcement Body.
