Applications for 2017 will open in April 2017 – the Isle of Man Post Office will post out forms out to applicants in the last week of April as normal.

Penalties will be calculated according to the date-stamp Monday-Saturday. Receipt is not available on a Sunday or Bank Holiday, these will be classed as received the next working day.
Since 2012, the Isle of Man Post Office (IoMPO) have been producing and mailing-out the applications forms. They will include a FREEPOST envelope for your completed form.
Please note: your completed application form must be returned in this envelope to the IoMPO. No applications will be accepted at DEFA - penalties due to delays could be incurred, if you send it to us.
On receipt, the IoMPO will scan the completed application forms and send this data direct to us. From this information we will update our 'acknowledgement of receipts' Please see this page for more information on acknowledgements.
