If you were a successful ADS scheme claimant in 2019/20 or have contacted us as a new entrant prior to 28 February 2020, then you will receive an application form for the 2020/21 scheme year via the Isle of Man Post Office on ~24 April 2020. Please ensure you use the pre-addressed envelope. Do not take the form to the DEFA Headquarters at Thie Slieau Whallian, St Johns as they are currently closed. Any queries, please use the contact details at the bottom of this page.

Penalty Rates for Late Submission

Penalties will be calculated according to the date-stamp Monday-Friday. Receipt is not available on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday, these will be classed as received the next working day.
