Treasury is aware that some MiCard payments due on Friday 25 December, but expected to be collected a week early, are not currently available at Post Offices as anticipated.
This affects Pensions and Income Support for Pensioners MiCard payments only. BACS payments are unaffected.
This is currently being investigated, and any pensioners in urgent need of support should contact the pensions team directly on 685176 or 687020.
