The Land, Deeds and Civil Registries are now managed by the Central Registry Section, Department of Economic Development
There are a number of Statutory Instruments, known as Fees Orders, which set out the fees charged in the courts. Copies of the Orders can be found at Courts of Justice – Fees or may be obtained from the Courthouse Public Counter upon request.
