The General Registry supports the judicial process in order that it may uphold the Rule of Law by operating an effective and independent Courts and Tribunals Service. For information relating to the courts please visit the Courts website.

The Land, Deeds and Civil Registries are now managed by the Central Registry Section, Department for Enterprise 

General Registry

There are a number of Statutory Instruments, known as Fees Orders, which set out the fees charged in the courts. Copies of the Orders can be found at Courts of Justice – Fees or may be obtained from the Courthouse Public Counter upon request.

A paper copy of a Freedom of Information application and guidance document can be obtained via the following methods:

  • Collect in person from the Courts of Justice Public Counter
